As part of celebrating the 16 days of activism against gender based violence, CTR participated in the event organized by the Ministry of the Interior and the United Nations Development Programme (PNUD) within the active participation of 5 female refugees of different nationalities along with national and international NGOs.

 

This activity includes blood pressure and blood sugar screening, a gallery and painting workshops to advocate for women’s rights.

 

The celebration continues with a musical concert by many famous southern female singers. It was a good opportunity for asylum seekers and refugees to learn about our cultural musical heritage.
